Foundations

Beginner Yoga

Beginner Yoga is the ideal starting place if you are new to the mat. These sessions move gently, teach foundational postures, and explain breathing basics in plain language. There is no need to memorize sequences or worry about getting everything perfect.

Expect a slow, encouraging rhythm with plenty of time to settle into each shape. You will learn how to stand, sit, reach, and rest with better awareness, building confidence one practice at a time.

Breath-Led Flow

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa links movement with breath, so each inhale and exhale guides the next posture. The result is a continuous, rhythmic flow that can feel meditative as your attention follows the breath from pose to pose.

This style suits people who enjoy a gentle sense of momentum. Sequences are often varied, which keeps practice fresh while still respecting your comfort and energy on any given day.

Classic Balance

Hatha Yoga

Hatha is a classic, balanced style that pairs posture work with conscious breathing. Poses are usually held for several breaths, giving you time to feel the stretch, steady your breath, and move with intention.

Because it is measured and steady, Hatha works well for beginners and for anyone who wants a practice that feels grounded rather than hurried.

Soft & Slow

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is a slower-paced class that prioritizes ease over effort. Movements are kept small and smooth, with options to modify almost every posture so the practice stays comfortable and accessible.

It is a wonderful choice for lower-energy days, for people easing back into movement, or for anyone who simply prefers a calm, unhurried session.

Deep Relaxation

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is designed for deep relaxation. Poses are held for several minutes at a time, often supported by bolsters, blankets, and cushions, while breathing stays slow and even.

This practice encourages the body to soften and the mind to quiet. It is an excellent choice before bed, after a long week, or whenever you need a deliberate pause.

Mobility

Flexibility & Mobility

These movement-focused sessions emphasize comfortable mobility and flexibility. You will explore stretches and gentle joint movements that support everyday ease — from bending and reaching to sitting and walking.

The pace is measured, the movements are functional, and the goal is simple: helping your body feel more at home in its daily range of motion.

Which Class Is Right for You?

There is no wrong answer. If you are brand new, start with Beginner Yoga or Hatha Yoga. On low-energy days, choose Gentle or Restorative. When you want a flowing, breath-led session, try Vinyasa. And if everyday stiffness is your focus, the Flexibility & Mobility class is designed for exactly that.
